How Does It Work?
Step 1: Project kick-off
First of all, I’ll send you our questionnaire and ask you to send me a few inspiration images (or a link to your Pinterest board).
Next we’ll have a 1:1 kick-off call to discuss the project in detail and really get to grips with what you like, your vision for the space, how you need it to function, and the story you want it to tell. We’ll also talk about your budget and where you would like to prioritise spending.
Step 2: Send photos and measurements
Send me a few photos and a floor plan so I can get to know your space in more detail. If you don’t already have a proper measured floor plan, I’ll guide you through the measurements I need you to take (if you don’t feel confident doing this yourself, one of my team can pop over to measure up for a additional fee).
Step 3: Access your Project Dashboard
All of my clients get their own online Project Dashboard where everything is saved in one place: furniture layouts, design presentations, meeting notes and your personalised shopping list. The Project Dashboard is where you will leave feedback, approve designs and access your trade discounts.
Step 4: Approve your furniture layout and Concept
I will draw up a proper architectural plan and recommended furniture layout for you to review. The plan is to scale so we know exactly what size furniture you need. The furniture layout will be uploaded to the Project Dashboard, alongside your Concept Design.
Your Concept Design is a digital presentation setting out my suggested direction for the design scheme, based on our discussion of the project brief in Step 1. The Concept Design will include a suggested colour palette and a few key items.
This step is intended to make sure that the designs are heading in the right direction before we dive into sourcing. You can send me feedback on the furniture plan and Concept Design through your Project Dashboard - the package price includes two rounds of revisions at this stage.
Step 5: Explore your design scheme
Following feedback, I will develop the concept into a full Design Scheme, covering all the items set out in the project brief and in line with your budget.
The Design Scheme is presented as an interactive mood board showing all products and finishes, which are linked to your personalised shopping list, where can review, approve and leave feedback on individual items.
I will talk you through the Design Scheme and shopping list on a video call, where we can discuss any feedback or questions you have. The package price includes two rounds of revisions to the Design Scheme.
Step 6: Bring your space to life
Once you approve your Design Scheme, your final shopping list is ready for you to start purchasing the items in your scheme, using your exclusive trade discounts.
If you have chosen The Complete Interior package, you can book a final consultation with me to support you as you bring your design to life - we can discuss any design issues that you are experiencing, as well as styling, picture hanging, finishing touches and where to source further items. I can also introduce you to my trusted tradespeople, if you need recommendations.

If you would like my team to manage the purchasing and installation of the items in your design scheme - including having bespoke upholstery and curtains made up for you - we offer an on-site service, where we take care of everything for you. We also offer support with joinery, bathrooms, kitchens and full renovations.
