My name is Holly Lomax. I am a Cambridge-trained architectural historian and interior designer, specialising in layered English interiors that feel both deeply rooted and distinctly personal. 

My work is shaped by a background in historic building restoration and conservation, allowing me to guide the sensitive adaptation of period properties for modern life. I place a strong focus on authenticity, so you can be confident that your home’s historic character will be respected, understood, and thoughtfully evolved rather than diluted or lost. 

The interiors I design are grounded in tradition while full of warmth and individuality. They are created to support real daily living, combining comfort, quality, and timeless design so your home feels welcoming, lived-in, and enduring from the moment you step inside.

I intentionally limit the number of projects I take on so that you receive my full creative attention and care. I work across the UK and internationally, and my work has been featured in Telegraph Lifestyle and House and Garden.
